Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking a Mall of Asia Customer Care Specialist to handle customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls or online channels. You will resolve routine to non-routine issues while adhering to contract KPIs and maintaining a courteous, professional demeanor.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma with some customer service experience, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Shifts may rotate as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; six months of customer service experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Ability to learn quickly and solve problems.
• Dependable with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or the Internet depending on client requirements.
• Provides customer service support and resolves non-routine problems regarding client products or services.
• Adheres to KPIs and maintains high quality in service delivery.
• Greet customers professionally and build rapport while addressing needs.
• Maintain knowledge of client products and services to assist customers accurately.
• Document interactions and keep records up to date; participate in initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services.
• Rotate shifts as required by location/program.
