Metacom Careers is seeking an Account Support specialist for a retail brand in athletic and lifestyle apparel. You will handle inquiries via voice and omnichannel support, provide product information, process orders, billing, returns, and manage account-related concerns.

Documentation of interactions, accurate record-keeping, meeting quality targets, and collaboration with internal teams for timely resolutions are key aspects of the role. This is a full-time, hybrid position in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 6 months or more in a BPO or contact center environment.
• Willing to work in a blended environment (voice, chat, SMS).
• Sales background is required.
• Interest or knowledge in sports is preferred.
• Good English communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
• Full-time, permanent position.
