Job summary

OPENLANE PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a diligent backoffice professional in Taguig to perform a variety of support tasks and ensure quality control on vehicle condition reports before auction posting.

The role requires clear English communication and a background in backoffice or BPO environments. Your work will involve CARFAX Quick Check verifications, mileage and damage assessments, and updating transport statuses for vehicles while coordinating with the U.S.

Qualifications

• College graduate or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in a call center or BPO is preferable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Help with a variety of backoffice tasks.
• Perform quality control on vehicle condition reports before posting them in the auctions.
• Conduct CARFAX Quick Check History, vehicle's actual mileage, trim level, drivetrain, engine, and interior/exterior damages to ensure alignment with Backlot Cars coverage.
• Update transport status of vehicles.
• Communicate with the U.S. backoffice team on a regular basis.
