Manatal is seeking a Customer Success Associate to support our Australian customer base from the Philippines. You will handle after-hours inquiries by phone and email, guide customers through our tools, and ensure they derive maximum value from Zeller’s suite of services.

You’ll join a small, dedicated team, balancing speed and quality while delivering a superior customer experience across technical support and general inquiries.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support or service roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Empathetic, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Support customers out-of-hours via phone and email to ensure successful use of Zeller’s tools.
• Be the subject matter expert for product usage and support knowledge.
• Collaborate with the Australian team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Identify customer trends and feedback to inform product improvements.
• Escalate complex issues to Engineering or relevant teams as needed.
