• Provide technical support to the sales team, addressing client inquiries and tailoring solutions
• Assist in preparing technical proposals, ensuring clear communication of product specifications and capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer support, quality assurance, or software development
• Familiarity with IoT devices, SaaS platforms, and basic troubleshooting
