Job summary

CT Link Systems Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager to maximize long-term value from technology subscriptions. You will lead onboarding, adoption, account performance, renewals, and growth while acting as the customer’s trusted partner throughout the relationship.

You will own the sales-to-success transition, run quarterly business reviews, monitor product usage, and coordinate renewal strategies. Strong communication, detail orientation, and CRM experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, management, or related field.
• 4+ years in customer success or engagement.
• Proactive with strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and accurate.
• Experience using CRM tools and handling contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transition from sales to customer success, including kickoff, success criteria, implementation coordination, and deployment readiness.
• Lead quarterly business reviews to demonstrate service value, assess risk and alignment on upcoming goals and actions.
• Monitor license usage, product adoption, and feature utilization; identify underused capabilities and drive value.
• Manage renewal pipeline before contract expiration with pricing and renewal strategy.
• Monitor customer engagement, identify early warning signs, and lead structured recovery plans for at-risk customers.
