MoneyMe is a founder-led digital lender offering personal loans, credit cards and car loans. We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist in Manila to deliver outstanding support, assist the Credit Team, and resolve product enquiries efficiently.

You will help optimise the customer experience and speed up loan decision times. Ideal candidates have strong communication and organisational skills, can work autonomously, and handle multiple tasks across channels.
