Job summary

SuperStaff Outsourcing is seeking a customer-focused professional to support existing customers, coordinate the order-to-delivery process for new clients, and serve as a liaison between customers and the Operations team to ensure timely shipments.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple platforms while delivering excellent service in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or related field.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and Slack.
• Manage a high volume of customer interactions with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and coordinate resolution of delivery- and product-related issues.
• Prioritize concerns and escalate urgent matters when necessary.
• Process new customer accounts, orders, and order updates accurately.
• Coordinate the order-to-delivery process for new prospects and ensure timely shipment.
• Act as liaison between customers, Sales, and Operations for smooth delivery.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify business opportunities and support retention.
• Navigate multiple CS platforms, CRM systems, and databases.
