Cleancorp is seeking a proactive Senior Sales Coordinator in Manila to bridge customers, internal teams, and service partners. You will drive one-off sales from enquiry to delivery, optimize processes, and use Salesforce and AI tools daily to accelerate outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Own the coordination of one-off sales jobs from enquiry to completion, keeping all parties aligned.
• Chase blockers and follow through until tasks are completed with speed and accuracy.
• Turn quotes and jobs around quickly for prospective and existing customers.
• Coordinate service partners to deliver work on time and to standard.
• Prepare tender documents and sales proposals of high quality and presentation.
• Make outbound calls to follow up leads and convert interest into booked work.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce and use AI tools to speed up work.
• Produce weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
