Command|Link is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator for a 100% remote, full-time role. You will build strong relationships with customers, conduct simple business reviews, and maximize value from our SaaS services.

You will support renewals, upgrades, and new product adoption while partnering with leadership to foster your career growth. You’ll engage with customers via calls, emails, and dashboards, aiming to reduce cancellations and boost satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year working with customers, preferably in sales, account management, or customer support.
• Clear, calm, and confident in talking with customers, including on video calls or presentations.
• Take initiative, follow up, and actively engage with customers.
• Friendly, trustworthy, and good at building relationships quickly.
• Able to learn new software and processes with minimal guidance.
• Likes to achieve targets and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Learn our technology and support approach to confidently talk to customers.
• Regularly check in with assigned customers and grow the relationship.
• Identify renewal, upgrades, changes, and additional products/services for customers.

This is a Full-Time, 100% remote position

About Your New Role

As a Customer Success Coordinator, your main focus will be building strong relationships with current customers. You’ll regularly check in with them, lead simple business review calls, and make sure they’re getting the most value from CommandLink’s services. Your goal is to help customers stay happy, encourage upgrades, renewals and new products, and support our low cancellation rate. You’ll work closely with leadership that’s committed to helping you grow and succeed in your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Get to know CommandLink’s technology and support approach so you can confidently talk to customers and answer their questions.
• Use our software to regularly check in with your assigned customers, understand their needs, and help grow the relationship.
• Work with your assigned customers to identify renewal, upgrades, changes, additional products and/or services.
• Learn and use tools like our CRM (customer database), quoting system, and reporting dashboards to stay organized and hit your goals.
• Contribute to a positive, fast-moving work environment that values teamwork, growth, and customer success.

What You'll Need For Success

• At least 1 year working with customers, preferably in sales, account management, or customer support.
