Job summary

Prudential Hong Kong Limited in Visayas seeks a Customer Service Specialist to interact with customers, provide information on products and services, and resolve inquiries at first contact across the customer center.

You will support end-of-day reconciliations for new business and after-sales transactions, assist in feedback loops, and help document processes while participating in LO projects and UAT testing.

Responsibilities

• Guides policyholders in enrollment and use of the customer portal; handles inquiries at first contact via counter, email, or phone.
• Logs and coordinates complex complaints with back-end teams when beyond scope; uses branch authority.
• Performs end-of-day reconciliation of New Business Transactions; coordinates with PRU One team.
• Reconciles After Sales Transactions; processes applications per guidelines.
• Facilitates end-of-day reconciliation of branch collections and cash; flags issues.
• Prepares monthly AML compliance reports and supports AMLA activities.
