Responsibilities

• Agency Business Partnering: build trusted relationships with agency leaders and teams to drive growth.
• Customer Success Delivery: act as main point of contact for agency, handle inquiries on New Business, After Sales and Claims.
• Operations Project Delivery: document processes, assist with user stories and testing.
• Compliance: adhere to Pru Life UK Compliance Standards and report issues.
