Job summary

Acquire Intelligence in Pasig is seeking a Customer Solutions Consultant to support a broad, multi-skilled back office function for a long-standing Australian client. You’ll receive full training from day one and rotate across tasks to keep work flowing.

You’ll handle bookings, quotes, product identification, case review, and scheduling support, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and process improvement in a day-shift window (Philippine time).

Qualifications

• Experience in a contact centre, back office, or transaction processing environment preferred.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems concurrently while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Action booking confirmations, referrals, and new job entries using approved templates and CRM.
• Prepare quotes and issue payment confirmations on request from CSC agents or insurance reps.
• Respond to live product identification requests using VIN, manufacturer, and product position.
• Review information for accuracy and assist with scheduling and audits.
• Support scheduling by following up open/ incomplete jobs and rebooking as needed.
