Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for onsite day shift at Cyberscape, Ortigas. You will own daily customer service and order-management workflows from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Sydney time, interfacing with customers, Sales, and warehouses in Sydney and Brisbane, and supporting global Supply Chain and Finance.

From day one you will gain supervised exposure to real customer workflows and work toward full independence after a three-week onboarding plan.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails and service enquiries with professional English.
• Provide accurate, proactive updates and own each request until resolved or handed over.
• Enter and manage B2B food and beverage orders in Dynamics 365.
• Validate customer, product code, quantity, price, stock, delivery, and order cut-off before release.
• Monitor orders from receipt to dispatch and delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Supply Chain and Finance for issues and escalations.
• Collect and validate new customer information and maintain records.
• Collaborate with Sales on pricing, promotions and opportunities.
• Proactively outreach to understand customer needs and upsell where appropriate.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams on stock checks, picking, and delivery exceptions.
