Responsibilities

• Support the use of technology and new tools such as automation, AI, and analytics to improve service delivery.
• Provide coaching, training, and skill development programs for agents and team leaders.
• Track performance metrics, ensure policy compliance, and drive continuous service improvement.
• Review customer feedback, implement improvements, and promote a customer-focused culture.
