Job summary

MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City (Onsite, Day shift) seeks a Customer Service Support Level 1 to handle payfile processing, reconciliation, and archival tasks. You will update the Weekly Pay Run and Daily Summary spreadsheets and coordinate with Payroll to ensure accurate deductions for incoming and outgoing payfiles.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of computing payfiles and spreadsheets is helpful.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming payfiles: compute pre-tax and post-tax deductions.
• Sort and load incoming payfiles into the system.
• Update the Weekly Pay Run and Daily Summary spreadsheets.
• Reconcile amounts loaded in iBas against client holding accounts.
• Verify errors and resolve issues for packages in holding pool.
• Generate payfile reports for outgoing payfiles and manage amendments/termination files.
• Compute pre-tax and post-tax deductions for outgoing payfiles.
• Send outgoing reports to Payroll using templates.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Payroll on payfiles and terminations.
• Archive all required customer claims and correspondence daily.
• Archive documents per package design requirements and between Melbourne and Manila teams.

Position Overview

Incoming Payfiles

• Basic knowledge of computing customers' pre-tax and post-tax deductions included in the incoming payfile.
• Sort and load incoming payfiles received from Payroll into the system.
• Update the Weekly Pay Run and Daily Summary spreadsheets in a timely manner.
• Reconcile amounts loaded in iBas against deposits made to the client holding account.
• Verify errors and resolve issues for packages under the holding pool.

Outgoing Payfiles

• Generate payfile reports in the system.
• Manage files sent to Payroll, including outgoing payfiles, amendment files, and termination files.
• Compute customers' pre-tax and post-tax deductions included in the outgoing payfile reports.
• Send outgoing reports to Payroll using the appropriate templates.
• Communicate with the Customer Service team and Payroll regarding outgoing payfiles, amendments, and termination files.

Archiving

• Archive all required customer claims and correspondence on a daily basis.
• Archive documents and supporting substantiation in accordance with package design requirements.
• Archive email correspondence between the Melbourne and Manila teams.
