About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our dynamic team at DIMO Enterprises & Overseas Placement Agency. This is a full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila. You will have the opportunity to work across both voice and non-voice channels, providing exceptional support to our clients and customers. Key responsibilities

• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the company database
• Follow company protocols and procedures whilst maintaining quality standards and compliance requirements
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and work towards satisfactory resolutions

What we’re looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
• Proficiency with computer systems, databases and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Patience, empathy and emotional intelligence when dealing with customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
• Previous customer service or call centre experience is preferred but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
