Job summary

MicroSourcing invites you to join as a Customer Support Specialist (Sales) at our Quezon City location (1880 Eatwood Libis). This onsite role emphasizes accurate data handling, merchant communications, and staying updated on payments trends to support sales conversations.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Experience handling calls to engage merchants.
• Ability to process applications and obtain information.
• Strong data entry accuracy and 95%+ accuracy.
• Awareness of payments industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify information on applications to ensure criteria are met.
• Achieve high data input accuracy with 5% or lower deficiency.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly input targets while working autonomously.
• Stay current with new product and market trends in the payments industry and use it in merchant conversations.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies including HR Code of Conduct, Technology Policy and Privacy Policy.
• Communicate in excellent English with merchants to explain processes and secure required documentation.
• Speak to customers to obtain information and/or process applications.

Your Role

• Responsible for reviewing and verifying information on an application to ensure that it meets defined criteria
• Responsible for achieving a high level of data input and accuracy managing to a 5% or lower deficiency level
• Responsible for achieving and exceeding performance expectations by meeting daily, weekly and monthly input targets while operating autonomously
• Accountable for staying current with new product and market trends in the Payments industry, and using the information as part of merchant conversations
• Responsible for compliance with corporate policies including but not limited to the HR Code of Conduct, Technology Policy & Privacy Policy
• Excellent English communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential. The role requires experience in call handling to effectively engage with merchants, explain processes, and secure the necessary documentation.
• Responsible to speak to customers to obtain information and/or process application
