Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Customer Service (Order Entry) professional to support school patrons with timely responses and accurate order handling in a hybrid, night-shift setup at Eastwood, Quezon City.

You will coordinate with the School Department to process orders, adjust dates, issue credits, and maintain order forms and events while delivering friendly, fluent English communication and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must Speak and write fluent English.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Complete projects assigned by the School Department.
• Provide prompt and thorough replies to and from school patrons.
• Provide general support to the School Department as needed, including adjusting order dates, issuing customer credits, and documenting adjustments.
• Create, update and maintain order forms and events.

Your role:

Completing projects, as assigned by the School Department. Providing prompt and thorough replies to and from our school patrons.

Providing general support to the School Department as needed, which can include but not limited to, moving and adjusting order dates, issuing customer credits accurately and ensure all adjustments are properly documented, create, update and maintain order forms and events.
