Job summary

Langford Staffing is seeking experienced Outbound Sales Representatives for U.S.-oriented consumer campaigns. You will contact approved leads using an automatic dialer, qualify prospects, handle basic objections, and perform live transfers to the appropriate representative.

This remote role requires 3+ years in outbound calling, a fast typing speed, and strong English communication. You will work aligned with U.S. Eastern Time hours on a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• At least three years of outbound calling, telesales, appointment-setting, lead-generation or live-transfer experience.
• Experience in a high-volume automatic-dialer environment.
• Experience qualifying consumers and handling objections.
• Experience completing warm or live call transfers.
• Familiarity with dialers such as Convoso, Five9, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud CX, CallTools, Readymode or similar.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Clear pronunciation and a professional telephone manner.
• Ability to stay calm when customers are rude or uninterested.
• Accurate CRM notes and data entry.
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.

The Opportunity

Langford Staffing is recruiting experienced Outbound Sales Representatives for a client operating high-volume consumer calling campaigns.

You will contact approved leads through an automatic dialer, gain the consumer’s attention, ask brief qualification questions, handle basic objections and complete professional live transfers.

You are not responsible for completing the final sale or determining eligibility. Your responsibility is to identify qualified consumers, create interest and connect them with the appropriate representative.

This role is best suited to someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable with continuous outbound calling and motivated by measurable results.

What You’ll Do

• Make continuous outbound calls using an automatic dialer.

• Handle hesitation, suspicion, rejection and basic objections.
• Keep qualified consumers engaged and secure their consent to continue.
• Complete warm or live transfers to the receiving representative.
• Remain connected until the handoff is confirmed.
• Record accurate answers, dispositions, callbacks and transfer outcomes.
• Respect opt-out requests and follow all campaign requirements.
• Work toward approximately five accepted qualified transfers per dialing hour.
• Apply coaching and improve based on call reviews and performance feedback.

Campaigns may involve health benefits, insurance, telecommunications and other approved consumer products or services.

Required Experience

• At least three years of recent outbound calling, telesales, appointment-setting, lead-generation or live-transfer experience.
• Experience working in a high-volume automatic-dialer environment.
• Experience qualifying consumers and handling objections.
• Experience completing warm or live call transfers.
• Familiarity with Convoso, Five9, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud CX, CallTools, Readymode or a comparable dialer.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Clear pronunciation and a confident, professional telephone manner.
• Ability to remain calm when consumers are rude, suspicious or uninterested.
• Accurate CRM notes, call dispositions and data entry.
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute with strong accuracy.
• Availability to work full-time during the required Eastern Time schedule.

Experience with U.S. consumer campaigns, insurance, benefits, telecommunications or call-centre sales is preferred.

Who Will Succeed

You should be able to gain attention quickly, guide short conversations, respond naturally to objections and remain professional when a consumer is frustrated or disrespectful.

You must be persistent without becoming aggressive and persuasive without making promises you are not authorized to make.
