Basic Purpose and Scope of the Position Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling inbound restaurant take‑out orders from customers
• Provide excellent service and customer satisfaction, ensure customer retention, and increase business for our clients
• Work with other co‑workers to meet the needs of the company and clients
• Other duties as assigned
