Tasq Work is seeking Customer Service Representatives for a growing USRN Healthcare account based in MOA Pasay, supporting patients, members, and healthcare providers.

The role involves handling calls, emails, or chats; verifying benefits, checking claims, and addressing billing queries while delivering clear information on plans and procedures. Candidates should be onsite with shift flexibility, including night hours.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Clinical Disability Claims experience (Short/Long Term Disability preferred).
• Experience in hospital bedside care is preferred, handling ICU.
• Willing to work graveyard shift and shifting schedules.
• Willing to work onsite at MOA Pasay with potential move to hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chats related to healthcare services.
• Assist patients and members with benefit verification, claims status, billing inquiries, and coverage details.
• Provide accurate information regarding healthcare plans, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and internal departments.
• Document interactions and maintain updated patient/member records in the system.
• Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Escalate complex or clinical-related concerns to appropriate teams when necessary.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats related to healthcare services
• Assist patients and members with benefit verification, claims status, billing inquiries, and coverage details
• Provide accurate information regarding healthcare plans, policies, and procedures
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and internal departments
• Document interactions and maintain updated patient/member records in the system
• Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Escalate complex or clinical-related concerns to appropriate teams when necessary

Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year in Clinical Disability Claims experience, preferably with Short Term/Long Term Disability
• Preferably with hospital bedside experience, handling intensive care
• Amenable to work on graveyard shift and shifting schedule
• Willing to work fully onsite in MOA Pasay with the possibility of shifting to a hybrid work schedule
