Job summary

Fusion CX is hiring a Call Center Agent – Travel Account in Cebu City. This on-site role supports travelers with inquiries, bookings, changes, and service requests while delivering excellent customer service.

You will handle phone, email, or chat interactions, providing accurate information on schedules, packages, pricing, and policies, and help customers resolve travel concerns as needed. On-site with shifting schedules for full-time employment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of BPO experience, preferably in a Travel, Airline, Hospitality, or Customer Service account.
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willing to work on-site and in a shifting schedule.
