Job summary

TDCX Philippines is seeking a customer support specialist based in Ortigas Center, Pasig. You will respond to inquiries via chat, email, and phone, assisting with order tracking, payments, and returns while resolving escalations with professionalism.

Ideal candidates have at least 12 months in a BPO, 6 months in e-commerce, strong English, and can type at 40 wpm. The role offers rotating shifts and growth within a global company.

Qualifications

• College level required.
• At least 12 months in a BPO environment.
• 6 months of e-commerce background preferred.
• Experience in email and/or chat support is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
• Assist customers with order tracking, payment issues, product inquiries, and return/refund requests.
• Resolve escalations professionally and efficiently.
• Handle complaints related to delayed shipments, damaged goods, and missing items.
• Collaborate with platform support teams to resolve order or account-related issues.

What is your mission?

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone

Who are we looking for?

• College level

• Must have at least 12 months of experience in a BPO setup; 6 months of e-commerce background

• Preferably with email and/or chat experience

• Able to type at a speed of at least 40 words per minute

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

• Amenable to work in rotating shifts

• Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
