Job summary

HGS Offshore Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced international BPO voice agents to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide solutions, and deliver excellent customer service from our Taguig site.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years international voice BPO experience, excellent English communication, CRM and MS Office skills, and the ability to work onsite in BGC with a 24/7 shifting schedule and two days off per week.
