Level Up Talent Solutions is hiring Customer Service Representatives for multiple onsite openings in Makati. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators, customer-focused, and capable of handling customer concerns with accuracy, professionalism, and empathy.

Available Accounts include Financial / Collections, Shoe Apparel (Blended), and Sales Account (Pioneer LOB). A high school graduate is accepted, and college graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• High School graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School graduate.
• College graduates are welcome to apply.
• With at least 6 months of international BPO experience (depending on account requirements).
• Good English communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
