Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, addressing inquiries and concerns, processing requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all communication channels

Qualifications:

• Fresh Graduates / No BPO Experience: Senior High School (SHS) graduates or College graduates are welcome to apply. No prior BPO or customer service experience required.

• With BPO Experience: At least 1 year of experience handling an international account, with a minimum educational attainment of 2nd year college level with no back subjects.
