Job summary

MicroSourcing in Cagayan de Oro is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, assist customers with general inquiries, and provide order status updates. You will escalate product knowledge questions to the appropriate teams and maintain accurate customer and order records.

The role also includes entering and cleaning up product data in Excel, applying basic SEO when naming products, and collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and data entry experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling phone-based customer interactions.

• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.
