Job summary

The role also includes entering and cleaning up product data in Excel, applying basic SEO when naming products, and collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and data entry experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling phone-based customer interactions.

• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.

• Basic understanding of SEO principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls and assist customers with general inquiries
• Provide order status updates and support customers with general inquiries
• Escalate calls requiring detailed product knowledge to appropriate team members
• Enter and clean up product data in Excel to be used to post new products to the company website, ensuring accurate titles and descriptions
• Apply basic SEO understanding when naming and titling products (preferred, not required)
• Maintain accurate customer and order records
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal team members
