We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join a fast growing Insurance account in Taguig City. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries related to insurance products and services
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution
• Manage customer accounts and provide accurate information regarding policies and claims
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets

Requirements

• Completed at least high school (old curriculum) or Senior high school with 1 year BPO experience OR
• Completed at least 2nd year in college under a Financial or Mathematics-related course (e.g., Math, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration) with or without BPO experience
• Must be conversant in both spoken and written English
• Amenable to work fully on-site in Taguig
• Amenable to work on shifting schedule
• Can start ASAP
