Position is onsite at UP Ayala Technohub, Quezon City. The role requires strong communication and problem solving, with paid training, competitive pay, incentives, and opportunities for career growth within a professional environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 6+ months of BPO experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage, premiums, and account information.
• Assist customers with policy-related concerns, updates, and general insurance inquiries.
• Provide accurate information about insurance products, services, and applicable procedures.
• Address customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with basic policy servicing requests and other account-related transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting established performance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage, premiums, and account information.
• Assist customers with policy-related concerns, updates, and general insurance inquiries.

• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and willing to learn.
• Willing to work onsite at UP Ayala Technohub, Quezon City.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required.
