Job summary

Yempo is seeking a dayshift Customer Service Representative. You may work from home or in the office—your environment, your choice. The role emphasizes order entry, invoicing, and prompt client communication with a focus on accuracy.

You will work with Xero and EDI, maintain high data quality, and enjoy benefits like weekly pay, HMO, vacation and sick days, and a collaborative team in a bright open-plan office.

Qualifications

• Good English communication skills.
• Experience in customer service and order entry.
• Experience with Xero and/or EDI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily invoicing and Xero exporting.
• Send daily order confirmations to clients via email.
• Import orders from EDI sites.
• Enter orders from customer drawings.
• Manually enter orders from customer emails.
• Respond to customer inquiries via the shared sales inbox.
• Comply with the Organization's ISMS policies, standards and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily invoicing and Xero exporting.

• Daily order confirmations emailed to clients.

• Order importing from EDI sites.

• Order entry from customer drawings.

• Manual order entry from customer emails.

• Respond to customer enquiries received through the shared sales inbox.

• Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including all applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.

Your Background

• Good English communication skills.

• Relevant experience in customer service and order entry.

• Experience with Xero and/or EDI is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to manage customer enquiries and order requests via email.
