Job summary

Your Employee Offshore ( Yempo ) Inc. in Makati, Philippines, is seeking energetic Customer Service Representatives for a dayshift with the option to work from home or in the office.

You will support a New Zealand client with daily invoicing, order confirmations, and order processing. The role requires good English communication and relevant customer service/order entry experience; Xero/EDI experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Good English communication skills.
• Relevant experience in customer service and order entry.
• Experience with Xero and/or EDI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily invoicing and Xero exporting.
• Daily order confirmations emailed to clients.
• Order importing from EDI sites.
• Order entry from customer drawings.
• Manual order entry from customer emails.
• Respond to customer enquiries received through the shared sales inbox.
• Comply with ISMS information security policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily invoicing and Xero exporting.
• Daily order confirmations emailed to clients.
• Order importing from EDI sites.
• Order entry from customer drawings.
• Manual order entry from customer emails.
• Respond to customer enquiries received through the shared sales inbox.
• Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including all applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.

Your Background

• Good English communication skills.
• Relevant experience in customer service and order entry.
• Experience with Xero and/or EDI is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage customer enquiries and order requests via email.
