Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking Customer Service Representatives to support multiple accounts across Telco, Banking, Fintech, E-commerce, Hospitality, Travel and more.

No prior BPO experience is required, and fresh graduates are welcome. You will handle inquiries, provide accurate information, assist with billing and orders, and maintain customer records while striving to meet performance targets. Shifting schedules and paid training are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills required.
• Customer-service oriented approach.
• Basic computer knowledge expected.
• Willing to learn and adapt to shifting schedules.
• BPO experience is an advantage but not required.
