Provide voice-based support for financial account inquiries in a fast-paced, onsite environment in McKinley, Taguig.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns related to financial products and services with professionalism and empathy
• Provide support through multiple channels such as phone, chat, and text in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Navigate multiple systems while following work policies and procedures
• Escalate complex issues and work closely with supervisors and team members
• Maintain high service standards while meeting performance metrics

About You

• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, financial services, or contact center operations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays
