Job summary

KadaKareer is hiring for a voice-based customer support role in McKinley, Taguig. You will handle inquiries and resolve concerns related to financial accounts, using phone, chat, and text channels.

The position requires at least 6 months in customer service or financial services, willingness to work shifts (including graveyard), and completion of full training; onsite work only.
