Job summary

Kreeayt BPO Corporation in Clark, Pampanga, is seeking a Customer Service Representative – E-Commerce Account to manage orders, assist customers via phone, email, and chat, and ensure timely updates. The role requires fluent English, strong communication, and experience in customer service or call handling, with preference for GoFlow or e-commerce platforms.

You will coordinate with partners to resolve issues and maintain accurate records.

• Fluent verbal and written English.
• Clear and professional phone communication skills.
• Previous customer service or call handling experience.
• Experience with GoFlow or e-commerce platforms is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day.

Responsibilities
