ADM is seeking a B2B Customer Service / Order Fulfillment Coordinator in Cebu City, Philippines. The role manages end-to-end order fulfillment, acting as the primary contact for B2B customers and coordinating with Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Logistics, and Quality teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant order delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in B2B customer service, order management, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and customer communications.
• Support billing, invoicing, and order reconciliation as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, service-level agreements, and regulatory requirements.
