METRO PACIFIC FRESH FARMS, INC. is seeking an Order Fulfillment Coordinator to manage B2C sales orders, ensuring accurate picking, checking, and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with Sales, Warehouse, Packing, and Dispatch to meet schedules and maintain precise records.

Onsite work is required at the San Rafael, Bulacan facility. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and timely communication to uphold product quality and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Graduate of any four-year course; preferably Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales order processing, fulfillment, or logistics preferred.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets and basic computer applications.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, review, and coordinate B2C sales orders from Sales or designated channels.
• Verify order details (product varieties, quantities, delivery schedules).
• Monitor order status from receipt to dispatch.
• Coordinate with Sales on changes, cancellations, and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate fulfillment records and reports.
• Pick products according to orders and picking lists.
• Ensure accuracy before turnover and inspect product quality.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Packing for handling and packaging.
• Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies promptly.

About the role

The Order Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring Business-to-Consumer (B2C) sales orders, ensuring the accurate picking, checking, preparation, and timely fulfillment of customer orders. The position works closely with the Sales, Warehouse, Packing, and Dispatch teams to ensure that orders are processed accurately and delivered according to the agreed schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review, and coordinate B2C sales orders from the Sales team or designated sales channels




• Verify order details, including product varieties, quantities, order specifications, and delivery schedules




• Monitor order status from order receipt through picking, preparation, and dispatch




• Coordinate with the Sales team regarding order changes, cancellations, special instructions, and discrepancies




• Maintain accurate and updated sales order records and fulfillment reports




• Pick products according to approved sales orders and picking lists




• Ensure the accuracy of product varieties, quantities, and order specifications before turnover




• Inspect products for quality, freshness, and compliance with company standards




• Coordinate with the Warehouse and Packing teams to ensure proper handling, preparation, and packaging of orders




• Immediately report product shortages, damaged items, quality issues, and other order discrepancies

About you

• Graduate of any four-year course; preferably Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field




• At least one (1) year of experience in sales order processing, order fulfillment, warehouse operations, inventory, or logistics is preferred




• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered




• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications




• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders and product quantities




• Good communication, coordination, organizational, and time-management skills




• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet order fulfillment deadlines




• Willing to perform hands-on order picking and product checking as required




• Willing to work onsite in San Rafael, Bulacan
