Trec Pacific Corp. in Ortigas, Pasig is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact between the company and customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.

You’ll manage inbound and outbound calls, create support tickets, and maintain records in CRM, with onsite night-shift options and opportunities for growth. Australian account experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of customer service experience (BPO, contact center, or corporate support preferred).
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
• Can work on shifting and night‑shift schedules.
• Experience supporting an Australian account is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Dayforce, Kronos (UKG), or People Planner is preferred.
• Strong organizational & problem-solving skills.
