Job summary

Remax International, Inc is seeking a capable Customer Support Representative to provide efficient responses to inquiries and complaints on post-sales services.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, at least 1 year in customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure with shifting/rotational schedules onsite in Pasig, Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, IT-preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service; experience with UPS maintenance/technical support is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle challenging customer situations.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of CRM systems is advantageous.
• Willingness for shifting/rotational schedule and onsite work.
