• Facilitate returns processing.
• Set up new products and prepare quotations.
• Maintain customer profiles and enter notes into SAP.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction via surveys.
• Adjust orders by crediting and re‑invoicing items missing from shelf for product changes.
• Resolve customer problems promptly and tactfully.
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
• Ensure complete paperwork for proper order handling.
• Complete reports and special projects on time.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Summary

Under the close direction of the CSR Manager, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a key role in our company, interacting with customers, the sales team, and product development. The CSR manages customer product information, enters orders into SAP, processes and verifies orders, assists with clerical duties, and verifies event completion for processing.
