• Secures medical documents as deemed necessary related to hotline transactions.
• Billing and payment verification
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned by the immediate superior

Qualifications

• College graduate
• 1–2 years in Healthcare service, Healthcare BPO, Claims or LOA coordination
• Basic medical terminology, privacy, and data handling standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet, fast and accurate typing and documentation
• Effective communication, good leadership, customer service-oriented
