Job summary

TaskUs La Union is now hiring Customer Service Representatives to join a stable BPO setting without requiring Metro Manila relocation. The role focuses on handling inquiries with empathy across phone, chat, or digital channels, depending on account.

You’ll be part of a supportive, people-first team and receive paid training to build confidence and competence. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service and 2 years of college, with strong English communication and a customer-focused

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Customer Service experience (BPO or Non-BPO).
• 2 years of College Completed.
• Open to applicants from customer-facing industries, such as: Fast food & restaurants, Retail & supermarkets, Hotels, resorts, and tourism services.
• Willing to work onsite in TaskUs La Union.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
