Tech Mahindra Philippines is hiring a Customer Service Associate to support retail accounts with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences. The role is based in Eastwood, Quezon City, operating on a rotating shift schedule that may include weekends and public holidays.

Ideal candidates bring English communication skills, data entry ability, and proficiency with MS Office in a metric-driven BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Preferably with 6 months of experience in Contact Center/BPO for a Retail account or similar customer-facing roles.
• Freshers and/or adapters are also welcome to apply.
• Good English communication skills both oral and written.
• Ability to work in a metric-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Computer literacy and data entry skills.
