Job summary

Hexaware Technologies Philippines Branch is seeking a Process Excellence Lead to optimize product quality and drive continuous improvement across services. You will conduct audits, analyze quality metrics, and mentor Six Sigma projects within the customer service vertical.

Reporting to the Senior Manager QPE, you will train teams, implement corrective actions, and stay current with industry standards to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Process Improvement or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent training.
• Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control roles.
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Excel, PowerPoint, or statistics software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections and audits to verify compliance and identify improvements.
• Analyze data, generate reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Investigate quality issues, determine root causes, and drive corrective actions.
• Provide training on quality procedures and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with production, operations, engineering, and customer service.
• Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory requirements.
