Job summary

EXL is seeking a Senior QE/Process Improvement leader in Metro Manila to drive transformation programs aligned with client priorities. You will build and lead a high-performing QE team, create toolkits and best practices, and partner with business units to deliver value through quality and process excellence.

You will mentor Lean Six Sigma practitioners, develop engagement programs, and ensure QA models meet both client and internal standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading quality and process-improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to engage clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
• Proven track record building and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Experience designing QA frameworks and compliance models.

Responsibilities

• Develop process improvement and transformation strategy aligned to clients’ priorities.
• Support EXL strategic priorities for driving value capture for EXL.
• Build a strong QE team to strategize and execute process improvements.
• Build employee engagement / development programs in line with plans.
• Build strong relationships with client and internal stakeholders to drive improvements and innovation.
• Create best practice compendium on key business situations / problems.
• Develop QE capabilities for business development and support in solutions for prospects.
• Build diagnostic toolkits for key business areas with SME collaboration.
• Develop people engagement and retention initiatives.
• Mentor lean six sigma practitioners within operations.
• Develop cost and compliance effective QA model to meet client requirements.
• Ensure execution of QA model to meet internal and external QA requirements.
