About the role

We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Customer Service Officer to assist clients throughout the property leasing and sales process. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and organizing property listings, coordinating viewing schedules, conducting property viewings, assisting with property turnovers, and responding promptly to client inquiries and concerns. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, resourceful, and comfortable working with clients and property owners.

Key responsibilities

• Search for and obtain new property listings for sale or lease
• Organize and regularly update property listings
• Ensure that listing information is complete and accurate
• Show properties for sale or lease to prospective buyers and tenants
• Coordinate viewing schedules with clients, owners, sellers, lessors, buyers, and lessees
• Provide clients with accurate information about the properties being presented
• Respond promptly and efficiently to client inquiries and concerns
• Coordinate with clients and property owners throughout the leasing or sales process
• Provide timely follow-ups to ensure a smooth and satisfactory client experience

About you

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in customer service, real estate, sales coordination, or property management is an advantage
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and organizational skills may apply
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and dependable
