Job summary

Beauty Elements Ventures Manufacturing Inc. in Laguna seeks a Warehouse & Logistics Associate to manage inbound receiving, inventory control, FG outbound activities, and daily financial reconciliations. This role requires 1–2 years in customer service with warehouse exposure and strong ERP transaction skills.

You will coordinate cross-functional activities with Finance, QA, and Procurement while ensuring accurate documentation and orderly warehouse operations in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• 1–2 years experience as a Customer Service Associate with warehouse/logistics exposure.
• Proficient in ERP inventory transactions (PO receipts, job closings) and paperwork (SI, DR, GRN).
• Strong inventory forecasting, quality control, and cross-functional coordination with Finance, QA, and Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Logistics & Receiving: Manage the receipt of incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and WIP; verify PO docs and SI/DR for Finance.
• Inventory Control & Material Issuance: Oversee stock levels, forecast monthly needs, and issue materials to production.
• Finished Goods & Outbound Management: Validate and receive FG, process invoices/receipts, and coordinate transfers with documentation.
• Reconciliation & Financial Reporting: Generate daily sales reports, perform job closings, and handle supplier returns with Finance/QA approval.
• Facility & Quality Maintenance: Monitor inbound/outbound activities, track temperature logs, and keep warehouse clean.

• Graduate of any 4-year course

• With at least 1-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Associate, plus background in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics.

• Proficient in ERP inventory transactions (PO receipts, job closings) and skilled in handling logistics paperwork (SI, DR, and GRN).

• Strong skills in inventory forecasting, quality control (temperature monitoring, stock validation), and cross-functional coordination with Finance, QA, and Procurement.

Job Responsibilities

• Inbound Logistics & Receiving: Manage the receipt of incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and work-in-progress (WIP) deliveries; process Purchase Order (PO) transactions, and verify documentation like Supplier Invoices (SI) and Delivery Receipts (DR) to hand over to Finance.

• Inventory Control & Material Issuance: Oversee inventory levels of raw and packaging materials, handle monthly forecasting and replenishment requests for Procurement, and manage the precise dispensing and issuance of materials to production.

• Finished Goods (FG) & Outbound Management: Validate, label, and receive finished goods from production; process sales invoices and delivery receipts, and coordinate the secure transfer of goods to third parties with all required supporting documentation.

• Reconciliation & Financial Reporting: Generate daily sales reports for management, perform production job closings and financial reconciliations (handling expense/job issues), and manage supplier returns alongside Finance and QA approvals.

• Facility & Quality Maintenance: Monitor general inbound and outbound activities, track temperature logsheets across storage and production rooms, and maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse area.
