A Customer Service and Sales Specialist is responsible for interacting with potential and existing customers on behalf of the Campaign. They provide information about the products and services, resolves customer complaints, and verifies account information. They are expected to provide first class customer experience.

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Process New Business and Trade Up Applications
• Provides product information
• Account Maintenance
• Answer Payment Enquiries
• Perform outbound calls if necessary
